New Study Links Ultra-Processed Food to Accelerated Brain Ageing

A 20-year longitudinal study tracking 11,000 adults has found that those who consumed more than four servings of ultra-processed food per day showed cognitive decline equivalent to four years of accelerated ageing by their late fifties.

    Four servings of ultra-processed food per day is a low bar. Most people are eating far more than that.
